The same functionality is availiable in all the models listed below. The only limitation is in the size of the cup that can be arranged. 

Prices do not include value added tax (VAT) which is 25% in Sweden.  All prices below is in Pound £ .   For prices in Euro, click on the flag

From year 2 an administration fee of 40 Pound £  exclusive VAT is charged everytime you set up a cup on the web. An administration fee of 20 £ exclusive VAT is also charged everytime you set up an event or arrangement on the web, for example an application page for a training camp.

The maximum fee though for this is 90 £ per year. If you arrange more than 2 cups per year or a combination of cup/event there will be no extra cost.

With year 2 we mean the following calender year (Jan to Dec) after the year of purchase and it is calculated according to the first cup playing day or date that an event is set up on the web.

Extra needs like extra web pages, are charged by the hour or you will be quoted a price by our sales staff
 

viaMobil - you can register results via your mobile phone from the touchline directly after the final whistle has been blown. You simply log- in via your mobile to a special web- address and register the result there. The result is then instantly registered on the result page on the web.

The tournament secretary’s computer can also be updated with all registered matches.

Please note that a telephone fee for web surfing may be charged
 

Effectively replaces print out of results and tables - connected to a local network or directly to the web.

An unlimited amount of PC’s can be stratigicaly positioned to enable visitors to instantly check match results.
 

CuMap EXPRESS enables you to quickly and effectively set up a tournament both on your PC and on the web, hence the name, EXPRESS.

CuMap- EXPRESS uses CuMap- Standard’s functionality, but with a few limitations.
 

This makes the price for CuMap- EXPRESS very good value for money.

There is however certain features that only can be used in CuMap- Standard.

Listed below are the differences between CuMap- EXPRESS and CuMap- Standard.

Important to note is that is very easy, at a later stage, to upgrade from CuMap- EXPRESS to CuMap- Standard.
 

Price for CuMap-EXPRESS: 290 £
 

Price calculation example (excl VAT)

We arrange only small cups with a maximum of 80 teams divided into 4 age groups. Simple final round stage with quarter finals and max 4 groups per age group.
CuMap – EXPRESS is adequate for your needs. You pay 290 £ exclusive VAT. The second year you pay a updating/upgrading agreement fee of 58 £ on the list price.

We arrange cups with 80 – 140 teams. 8 age groups. Multiple final round stage.
Web CuMap BASE may be adequate but we would recomend WebCuMap MEDIUM/STANDARD for a cost of 690 £. The second year you pay an updating/upgrading fee of 138 £ on the list price.

We have less than 220 teams, 16 age groups, A-, B- and C final round stages with 16 teams (1/8 final).
WebCuMap MEDIUM/STANDARD will be adequate for your needs at a cost of 690 £. The second year you pay an updating/upgrading fee of 138 £ on the list price

Our giant tournament has 300- 400 teams and final round stages with 32 teams (1/16 final).
WebCuMap – LARGE will be adequate for your needs but we recomend WebCuMap- LARGE-2. LARGE – 2 gives you the possibility for an unlimited amount of teams, final stage with 64 teams (1/32 final) and free access to viaMobil and instant result screens included in the price of 1.750 £. The second year you pay an updating/upgrading fee of 350 £ on the list price.

We don’t arrange cups but want to use the events/arrangements feature
CuMap EXPRESS will be adequate for your needs at a cost of 290 £. The second year you pay an updating/upgrading fee of 58 £ on the list price

Support of the software

Free support is included on the purchase of CuMap and after payment of the yearly updating/upgrading fee, but with the following exceptions:

Cases the support is responsible for:

- error found in the software.

- problems with installation.

- Indistinct information related to usage of functionalites in the system.

- support/training to start the first tournament.

- operational problems on our webserver

- wishes of new functionality in the software

Cases the support is not responsible for:

- problems with local network.

- firewall issues and other problems to access the web and/or FTP.

- Problems with own equipment, e.g. harddiskkrasch, printer failure, error in the 

  operativ system  or other problems not related to CuMap.

- use of support/training that  easily can be found in the user guides provided with the software.

If a club repeatedly contacts the support with some of the above mentioned non-support issues, the club will be invoiced with 25 £  for every 15 minutes period.

Opening hours and support responce times

Support is availiable on-line Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays) 08.30 to 16.30. If it not possible to solve the errand over the phone it will be given a priority grading (determined by support) and will then be handeled according to this priority grading.
 

Support can be contacted by telephone or by mail on info@cumap.se. If no one can answer then please leave a message. Our goal is to respond to you within at the most 2 hours after the start of business hours.
 

During the weekend and evenings we have limited accesibility via e-mail or telephone. We check mail- and mobile message services at least every 4 hours- which means our goal is to respond back to you within 4 hours. Errands after 20.00 will be dealt with directly the following day.

VIP support during duration of cup

Vip support can be ordered while your cup is in progress if you feel you the need , and peace of mind, to know that you can receive quick support. VIP- support guaranties you immediate support between the hours 08.30 – 22.00 Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

VIP support for your cup is booked separetely. The cost is decided cup by cup. We do however, reserve the right to charge for VIP support if other clubs in the competition have already ordered the service for the same weekend.
